This guide outlines the steps agents can follow to raise fund requests using RealtyAssist, covering both in-person and remote signing scenarios.
In-Person Signing Process

Select RealtyAssist as the Payment Option
- During the agreement setup, select "RealtyAssist" as the payment option.
- When selecting the field "Expenses are payable on...", options will appear as a scrollable list at the bottom of the screen.

Vendor Signatures
- Once the agent has obtained the vendors' signatures on glass (in person) and the agreement is fully executed, the agent will be prompted with a button for RealtyAssist.

Send Fund Request
- Selecting the RealtyAssist button will trigger a final confirmation modal displaying the mobile numbers of all vendors.
- Tap "Done" to send the fund request to RealtyAssist.
Remote Signing Process

Setup Agreement
- Follow the same steps as the in-person process up until the signing stage.

Vendor Remote Signatures
- Once the agreement is signed remotely by all parties, navigate to the main Agreements page of RTA for the listing.
- Click the ellipsis ("⋮") next to the relevant agreement.

Send Fund Request
- You will be presented with options, including the ability to send a fund request.
- After selecting this option, finalise the process by confirming the vendors’ mobile numbers in the modal.
Important Notes

Agreement Execution:
Both processes require the agreement (authority/Form 6) to be fully signed and executed before the option to send the fund request appears. -
Delayed Fund Request:
If the fund request is not sent immediately after signing, the agent can access this function later by selecting the ellipsis ("⋮") on the main agreements menu.
