Once you’ve logged into our invoicing platform, locate the lefthand sidebar and click on “Fund Requests”.
A list of Fund Requests (invoices) will appear, identifiable by Reference, Customer Name and Property Address. The “Status” column will show the current status of the invoice.
If you cannot find the specific Fund Request you’re looking for at a glance, at the bottom of the page you can click to navigate through additional pages if it’s a less recent invoice. Alternatively, you can use the search bar above the list of Fund Requests to search for the Property Address or Reference.
Different statuses and what they mean:
- Blue Button (“Awaiting”): The invoice is awaiting action.
- Green Button (“Paid”): The invoice has been paid.
- Red Button (“Overdue”): The invoice is overdue.
- Orange Button (“Partially Paid”): The customer has part-paid the invoice.
- Purple Button (“Processing”): The customer has clicked "I've Paid" but the funds are yet to be received.
Once you’ve located the Fund Request you’re looking for, click on the "Reference" to open full invoice details.
From here you can download or re-send the invoice, view the latest transactions related to the invoice, re-send a payment confirmation and edit/submit settlement details.
