Fund Requests (invoices) created on the RealtyAssist platform can be "Voided" (soft deleted) by Team Members with the required permissions, but only if no payment(s) have been made towards that Fund Request as yet.
Fund Requests with the Status “Awaiting” or “Overdue” can be Voided.
For Fund Requests with the Status “Paid” or "Partially Paid", the “Void” option will not be available.
Voiding a Fund Request
- Navigate to the Fund Requests tab in your agency portal.

Type the address in the Search field to locate the specific Fund Request you need to Void
- Click the icon in the far right column that looks like 3 dots in a vertical line and click “Void Invoice” in the drop-down menu.
Recovering a Voided Fund Request
If a Fund Request has been voided in error and needs to be restored, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 355 729 or via service@realtyassist.com.au to request their assistance.
Alternatively, you could re-create the Voided Fund Request to save time, keeping in mind that doing so will send a new Fund Request to the customer(s) via SMS and email.
What if a payment has already been made to a Voided Fund Request?
Sometimes a customer will access the unique BSB/Account (EFT) or Biller Code/Ref (BPay) details and make an up-front payment before the Fund Requested has been Voided.
If their up-front payment has been delayed (eg. sometimes BPay payments take 1-3 days to clear), when the funds do reach RealtyAssist, there won't be a live Fund Request for the transaction to automatically reconcile to.
If the Voided Fund Request reflects correct property, amount and customer details, we can restore the original invoice and manually reconcile the payment to the original Fund Request.
Alternatively, if the Fund Request was Voided due to a typo, or because the marketing budget has changed since the Fund Request was sent out, the Agency can re-create the Fund Request reflecting correct details. If the Fund Request amount is equal to the payment received from the customer, RealtyAssist can then manually reconcile funds to the new invoice.
