If a prospective borrower wishes to defer their Marketing Fund Request, they will need to meet eligibility requirements in order to advance their marketing costs with RealtyAssist. Every loan application is assessed on its individual merits, however some basic requirements are listed below.
- The applicant must be either the Vendor(s) listed on the property Title;
OR, a legally authorised representative for the Vendor(s) listed on the Title. - The applicant will need to successfully complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) ID verification as part of the application process.
- The applicant must currently reside in Australia.
