Activating the RTA (RealityAssist Transaction Automation) integration is simple. Here’s how to do it from your RealityAssist account:
Step 1: Access the Integration Tab
- Log in to your RealityAssist account and navigate to Office Settings.
- From the Office Settings, go to the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Activate the RTA Integration
- In the Integration tab, locate the RTA Integration section.
- Click the Activate button. You will be redirected to an authorisation page.
Step 3: Authorise the Integration
- On the authorisation page, review the permissions required for the RTA integration.
- Click Authorise to grant the necessary permissions.
Step 4: Wait for Activation
- After authorisation, the RTA integration will begin the activation process.
- Note: Final activation requires processing on RTA's side, which may take 1 to 3 business days.
Step 5: Receive Notification
- Once the RTA integration is fully activated, you’ll receive an email that it’s ready to use.
