Activating the MRI Vault CRM integration is very easy. It can be activated from either the MRI Vault CRM directly or from the RealtyAssist platform.
NOTE: To activate the MRI Vault CRM integration, you must be logged in to both platforms and also have either Owner level permission or Office Management level permission in the RealtyAssist platform.
Here’s how to activate from your MRI Vault CRM account:
Step 1: Access the Office Integrations Tab
- Log in to your MRI Vault CRM account and navigate to Office Integrations.
Step 2: Activate the Integration
- In the Office Integrations tab, locate and select the RealtyAssist Integration in the list.
Step 3: Connect the Integration
- Select Connect to activate the integration
- You will then be taken to the RealtyAssist authorisation page to authorise the connection
- Once authorised, you will see that the Vault integration is now Connected.

You are now ready to navigate to the financials tab and create your first advertising fund request.

- Select Activate and then Authorise the integration
- Once authorised, you will see that the Vault integration is now Connected.
- You are now ready to navigate to the financials tab and create your first advertising fund request.
