Integrating your agency account with Rex Trust CRM allows RealtyAssist to sync data seamlessly, enabling a smoother workflow for your team. Follow the steps below to onboard your agency account.
Step 1: Add RealtyAssist’s REX Integration User
To enable integration, you need to add RealtyAssist’s integration user to your Rex Software account.
How to Add the Integration User
- Log in to your Rex Software account.
- Navigate to the User Management Section within your account settings.

Add a new user with the following details:
- Email: support.integrations@realtyassist.com.au
- Role: Super Admin
- Save changes to ensure the user is added successfully.
- Click on the link to 'send invitation now'
Alternative Method
If you need assistance adding a new user, you can contact Rex Support for help with the setup.
Important Notes
- This user is an integration user and does not count as a standard user slot in your Rex Software account.
- Adding this user allows RealtyAssist to establish a secure connection with your agency’s Rex CRM account and begin syncing relevant data.
Step 2: Notify RealtyAssist
Once you have added the integration user, please let us know that you’ve completed this step by emailing onboarding@realtyassist.com.au. This will allow us to finalise the connection and activate your integration.
