Activating the Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) integration is straightforward. Here’s how to do it from your RealtyAssist account:
Step 1: Access the Integration Tab
- Log in to your RealtyAssist account and navigate to Office Settings.
- From Office Settings, go to the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Activate the Integration
- In the Integrations tab, locate the Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) Integration section.
- Click Activate. You will be redirected to an authorisation page.
Step 3: Authorise the Integration
- On the authorisation page, review the permissions required for RealtyAssist to connect with your Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) account.
- Click Authorise to grant RealtyAssist access to: Capture your Client ID and API Key from Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox)
- Access your agency profile details
Step 4: Automated Request to Reapit Sales Support
- Once authorised, RealtyAssist will automatically send a request to Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) Support to issue the Client ID and API key.
- The owner of your RealtyAssist account will be CC’d on this request so they can provide formal confirmation if needed.
Step 5: Wait for Activation
- After Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) issues the credentials and RealtyAssist completes the setup, the integration process will be finalised.
- This may take up to 1–3 business days depending on Reapit Sales’ processing time.
Step 6: Receive Notification
- Once the integration is fully activated, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s ready to use.
